Waitstaff - Full-Time

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Waitstaff to join our team at The Bristal Assisted Living. As a Waitstaff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our residents. Your warm and welcoming demeanor will make a significant difference in the lives of our residents, and we are looking for someone who shares our commitment to hospitality with a higher purpose.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all meals are served and presented in accordance with our high standards
• Providing patient and cheerful service to our residents
• Working in our Memory Care Unit and other areas as needed
• Assisting with meal orders, plating, and portion controls
• Bussing tables and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry, be able to function in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong communication and customer service skills. Requirements:

• Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant or food-service-related industry
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work at least one weekend day per week

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with a senior population
• Familiarity with food safety and food preparation guidelines
• Ability to adjust to different personality types and situations in positive ways
