Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at The Metropolitan. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and other sweet and savory treats.
  • Develop and implement new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
  • Ensure that all baked goods meet our high standards for quality and presentation.
  • Work collaboratively with our culinary team to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • Process customer orders and manage inventory levels to minimize waste.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a bakery or food production environment.
  • Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
