Key Responsibilities:

Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient progress

Requirements:

Outpatient experience preferred
Will accept new graduates and first-time travelers
Ability to work up to 40 hours per week
Productivity expectations: 60 patients per week

Additional Information:

36 hours guaranteed
OT must be approved by director before any OT hours are worked
Float to other clinics as needed
Patient population: outpatient
