College Internship in Caregiving

Position: Paid College Internship – Caregiver/Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and engage with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Work alongside our committed team to improve the quality of life for those we assist

Schedule/Hours:

• Minimum commitment of 16 hours per week, with flexibility

Internship Requirements:

• Complete a significant project that benefits the individuals we support, our staff, management, organization, and/or the community by the end of the internship.

Compensation:

• Starting wage: $15.50/hour (no prior experience required with individuals with developmental disabilities). Higher starting wage available for experienced candidates.
