Regional Credentialing Specialist

As a Driver License Regional Credentialing Specialist at Tryfacta, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of driver's license applications. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and analyzing secure documents, processing complex applications, and advising applicants on their questions and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze secure documents of driver's license applicants
- Process complex applications and screen applicant documents and information
- Advise applicants on their questions and concerns regarding driver licensing
- Become familiar with State and Federal Commercial/National Driver Licensing laws
Requirements:
- CDL - Commercial Driver's License
- Stellar communication skills & Customer Experience Skills
- Task-oriented with good organizational skills
- Team Player & a high level of accountability
