Job OverviewThe Learning Experience #298 is seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and helping them develop a love for learning.Key Responsibilities:
  • Classroom Management: Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment that fosters social, emotional, and cognitive growth in young children.
  • Curriculum Implementation: Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum, working with Infants, Toddlers, and/or Preschool children in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
  • Communication: Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various channels.
  • Team Collaboration: Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment and engagement.
Requirements:
  • At least 6 months of professional teaching experience preferred
  • High School Diploma/GED required. College ECE coursework highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
  • CPR and First Aid Certification preferred
  • Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
