Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, and implement individualized care plans for patients with end-stage kidney disease.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Administer medications and perform laboratory collections as prescribed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current state license.
  • Current CPR BLS Certification.
  • Minimum of 9 months of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Chronic/acute hemodialysis experience preferred.
