We are seeking a highly skilled Surgical Technologist to join our Perioperative Care team at Mass General Brigham. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of surgical procedures.

• Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures, maintaining a sterile environment and ensuring the availability of necessary equipment and supplies.
• Collaborate with the Perioperative Care team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve patient safety and quality of care.
• Contribute to the education and training of new staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

• Current certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) or completion of an accredited educational program for surgical technologists.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals.
