We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Cardiovascular Recovery team at HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in the post-anesthesia period.
Key Responsibilities- Care for and manage the surgical patient in the post-anesthesia period, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Apply the nursing process, critical thinking skills, and scientific judgment to deliver safe and effective nursing care.
- Collaborate with the patient care team to achieve quality patient outcomes and promote a positive patient experience.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in unit and organizational activities to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- At least one year of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cardiovascular PreOp/Recovery room setting.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License.
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
