Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and assess patient needs, managing all aspects of patient care to deliver efficient, cost-effective, and quality care.
- Foster a positive work environment for staff, promoting professional growth, accountability, and autonomy.
- Create and maintain a warm and friendly atmosphere for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer and Practice Manager, perform various functions, including delivering high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services and improving the efficiency of primary care physicians.
- Graduate of an accredited school of medicine with a Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Proven experience as a physician with strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics.
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with successful completion of boards within two years.
- Current NH state license.
This is a full-time position with a 36 patient contact hour work schedule and 4 administrative hours. Schedules may vary from 4 to 4.5 days per week depending on the number of hours worked each day.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. If you are a motivated and compassionate physician looking to make a difference in the lives of our patients, we encourage you to apply.
