Qualifications:
Valid LPN License in good standing in Illinois
Experience in Long-term Care (Preferred)

Strong computer proficiency

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct ongoing assessments and monitoring of residents
Accurate dispensing and documentation of medications
Implementing all physician orders precisely
Ensuring that care provided by CNAs and nurses is executed appropriately
