Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Specialist to join our team at the Coolspring Galleria location. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and overall appearance of our client's property.

Salary: $16.10 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Clean and service the client's property to maintain its high standards
  • Assist patrons or customers in a friendly and engaging manner when requested
  • Perform various cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery, such as scrubbers and pressure washers
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods
