Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bakery Associate to join our team. As a key member of our bakery team, you'll be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of goods, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and bake a variety of goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Package and label baked goods, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must have valid identification
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively to complete job duties and comply with company policies and safety regulations
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements of the position, as well as the physical base scores
  • Must be able to use or learn to use the equipment and tools used to perform the job
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance
