Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and experienced Per Diem Nurse to provide high-quality patient care to our critically ill patients. As a Per Diem Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Current RN licensure in the state of West Virginia.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a critical care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
