This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of driver returns and verifying merchandise documentation. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify merchandise with original invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Confirm driver-coded returns to explain reasons for returned goods
  • Coordinate activities with recoup and salvage personnel to resolve discrepancies
  • Palletize and sort product for return to the ASRS warehouse
  • Operate tuggers, forklifts, and pallet jacks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Fluency in English; speak, read, and write
  • One to three months related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work in various temperature-controlled zones
