We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Physical Therapist to join our team at Mass General Brigham's outpatient clinic in Lee, New Hampshire. This is a full-time position offering 32 hours of work per week.
As a Senior Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require ongoing care and rehabilitation. You will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans that address each patient's unique needs and goals.
About the Job DescriptionThis role offers an estimated salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. We provide a competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and employee assistance programs.

Key Responsibilities- Patient Evaluation and Treatment Planning: Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that address their goals and outcomes.
- Therapeutic Interventions: Provide evidence-based treatments, including exercise programs, modalities, and manual therapy, to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
- Education and Professional Development: Stay current with best practices in physical therapy through ongoing education and training opportunities, and serve as a resource for colleagues in areas of expertise.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Hampshire.
- Experience: At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Certifications: BLS certification within two weeks of hire.
