We are seeking an experienced Oncology RN to join our dynamic team on the 32-bed MedSurg Oncology Unit. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct patient care and function as a patient advocate, assessing the comprehensive nursing needs of assigned patients and coordinating their education process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and advocate for patients' needs
  • Assess and coordinate patient care, incorporating patients and families into the process
  • Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and physicians
  • Document changes in patient condition and communicate with charge nurse/supervisor and physician
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Nursing
