- 1-3 years of virtual teaching experience (preferred).
- Experience with mastery-based or individualized learning approaches to student education (preferred).
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience with online learning platforms and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This position requires the ability to work in a home-based setting with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and able to manage their time effectively to meet the demands of the job.
