Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist in our growing clinic, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients. Your role will involve providing excellent healthcare, evaluating new patients, developing plans of care, and setting measurable, functional goals. You will also be responsible for treating patients, answering their concerns, and educating them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes.

Additionally, you will supervise aides when providing modalities for non-Medicare, non-BCBSM patients, and assist with the general setup and cleanup duties. You will also re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals as needed. Your goal will be to determine when to discharge patients and write timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.

Our ideal candidate will have a Doctorate or Master's in Physical Therapy, a valid Physical Therapy License, and a commitment to Team's initiative of making DEI a priority. They will be passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and be committed to ongoing professional development.
