Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Truss Assembler to join our team at US LBM Holdings LLC. As a Truss Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production of high-quality trusses for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble precut wooden parts to create trusses
  • Move precut parts to work areas and position them in alignment with supervisor's instructions and blueprint specifications
  • Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly
  • Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts

Requirements:

  • Experience: None, we are willing to train the right candidates But it's also great if you have construction experience
  • Physical: Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts
  • Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
  • Willingness: Must have the drive to learn
  • Teamwork: Team-focused approach to work
  • Excellence: Excellent work ethic and attendance
