BCBA Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at PsycTalent. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of 10-12 clients, developing and implementing behavior support plans, and working closely with Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of 10-12 clients
  • Develop and maintain behavior support plans
  • Work closely with RBTs on treatment plans
  • Conduct intake assessments and re-assessments as needed
  • Provide parent training when necessary
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • BCBA certification
