Salary:** Up to $35.00/hour, plus tips, commissions, and bonuses. Our barbers are compensated based on their skills, experience, and sales performance.

The Role: We're seeking skilled and motivated barbers to join our team at Supercuts Salon in Mansfield, OH. As a barber with us, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from men and women to children and seniors.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality hair cutting, styling, and coloring services to clients
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in barbering
  • Work collaboratively with other salon professionals to ensure excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Barber license (active and current)
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college education preferred
  • 1+ year of experience as a barber; students welcome to apply
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
