Excellent Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive package valued at $2,000 per month or more, depending on location. This includes housing, program meals, project transportation, and a weekly stipend of $320.

You will be part of a dedicated team of conservation professionals who are passionate about making a difference. You will also receive comprehensive training in outdoor skills and conservation techniques.

Opportunities Nationwide

We are currently seeking members nationwide for our start dates in January 2025. Opportunities are available in California, the Mountain West, the Southwest, and throughout the Eastern US.
