Responsibilities- Provide anesthesiology care to pediatric patients undergoing cardiac surgery and other procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Develop and implement individualized anesthesia plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and assessments to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Board certification in Anesthesiology and Pediatric Anesthesia
- Completion of a Pediatric Anesthesia fellowship program
- 3+ years of experience in pediatric anesthesia, preferably in a hospital setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
