About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Nurse to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a caregiver specialist, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their own homes, helping them recover from illness, injury, or surgery.

Responsibilities
  • Visit patients in their homes to assess their needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Deliver skilled nursing care, including medication management, wound care, and education
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
Requirements
  • Active RN license
  • One year of clinical experience preferred
  • Previous home health care experience preferred
  • Able to travel locally to cases as assigned
