Job SummaryAs a Pharmacy Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to our patients. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all medication needs and regulatory compliance standards are met. By leveraging your technical and clinical skills, you'll make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and customers.

You'll be responsible for managing all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks, supporting the team's ability to promptly, safely, and accurately fill patient prescriptions. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to interact with customers and colleagues effectively, while your attention to detail will ensure that our high standards of quality and safety are maintained.

RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you'll need to have:
  • Attention and Focus: the ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
  • Customer Service Orientation: actively looking for ways to help people and doing so in a friendly manner
  • Communication Skills: using and understanding verbal and written communication to interact with customers and colleagues
  • MAThematical Reasoning: the ability to use math to solve a problem, such as calculating day's supply of a prescription
  • Problem Resolution: judging when something is wrong or is likely to go wrong and choosing the best course of action

Preferred qualifications include previous experience in a pharmacy, retail, medical, or customer service setting, as well as previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician. PTCB National Certification and bilingual skills in Spanish are also a plus.
