Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
- Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care, using focused assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, using electronic health records and other documentation tools.
- Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program approved by the State Board of Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state where practicing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
