The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction management activities on various infrastructure projects, primarily focusing on tollway systems. As a senior member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our construction management practice.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
1. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering.
2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field.
3. PE licensure is preferred but not mandatory.
4. Familiarity with MicroStation, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office is advantageous.
5. An active IDOT Documentation Certification is required.
6. Prior experience with Tollway, IDOT, and CDOT is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site construction observation and management.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met.
- Guide and mentor junior staff within the construction management team.
