We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pediatric Nurse to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with our staff to deliver top-notch service.
Responsibilities:- Provide safe and competent nursing care for pediatric patients in accordance with facility policies and standards.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care utilizing the nursing process and clinical skills.
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, families, and staff.
- Assess risks to patient safety and implement appropriate precautions.

Qualifications:- Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Current state nursing license or permit to practice nursing in the State of Texas
- PALS certification within 3 months of hire
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) matching, tuition reimbursement, and more.
