About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Associate - Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing routine maintenance tasks, including sweeping, cleaning, and disposing of waste.
  • Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting any hazards or incidents.
  • Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Perform tasks as needed to maintain a safe and clean facility, including responding to spills and disposing of hazardous materials.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
