We are seeking a driven Engineer to become an integral part of our Manufacturing division. This role is full-time and requires presence at our facility.
Detailed Job Responsibilities
The Production Engineer plays a crucial role in translating engineering designs into production-ready solutions. Key responsibilities include:
- Creating detailed design drawings and process documentation.
- Updating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routers within our enterprise resource planning system.
- Developing product configurations and drawings based on engineering specifications, customer requests, and existing designs.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical documentation to uphold automotive and ISO quality standards.
- Support production teams with prototyping and product evaluation.
- Collaborate with production staff to identify and resolve manufacturing and design challenges.
- Enhance customer and employee satisfaction through effective communication regarding engineering designs and inquiries.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in product engineering.
- Proficiency in CAD software, with SolidWorks being preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback.
- Demonstrated success in a results-driven, challenging environment.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and team collaboration abilities.
The work environment involves both office settings and production areas, with exposure to various conditions including moving machinery and potential hazards. Employees may occasionally lift or move items weighing up to 49 pounds.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, in-office position

- Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000, depending on experience
