Position Overview: We are looking for skilled and empathetic caregivers to deliver round-the-clock support for clients in need. This role entails assisting with various daily living activities to ensure the client's well-being and comfort.
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts available, including both daytime and overnight options.
Weekend Availability: Preference will be given to candidates who can work at least one weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Provide mobility support to enhance client independence.
- Facilitate transportation services as required.
- Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition to the appropriate personnel.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to foster a positive living experience.
- Perform light housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and clean environment.
Qualifications:
- Access to a mobile phone with internet capability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred certifications include CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, and AED, though they are not mandatory.
- Active Home Care Aide status is required (assistance can be provided if needed).
- Proof of negative TB test results.
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
