Cardiothoracic Surgical Specialist

Palm Health Resources is seeking a highly skilled Cardiothoracic Surgical Specialist to join its team in Arizona. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Physician Assistant with expertise in Cardiac Surgery to provide first-class care to patients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Cardiac Surgery First Assisting and Endoscopic Vein Harvesting. As a key member of the cardiac surgery team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care in the ICU, pre and post-operative areas, while also pursuing opportunities for professional growth through research and teaching programs.

• First assist in complex cardiac surgeries with exceptionally skilled surgeons
• Provide high-quality patient care in the ICU, pre and post-operative areas
• Contribute to research and teaching initiatives within the organization

We offer a competitive salary range based on experience, starting at $145,000 per year, as well as comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, matching 403B, sign-on bonus $10,000, relocation assistance, and much more.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Surgery First Assisting and Endoscopic Vein Harvesting is required. The successful candidate will work 4 ten-hour shifts per week, with only one weekend of rounding/first assisting per month.
