Job Title: Supply Replenisher Associate I

Quest Diagnostics Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Supply Replenisher Associate I to join our team in Hackensack, NJ.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled professional to support the implementation of lean supply management principles within our BU Laboratory network. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing cycle counts, daily replenishment routines, and interacting with laboratory staff and supply analysts to ensure material availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute standard business processes for managing material flow for all facility types in assigned Region.
  • Participate in internal work teams in the continuous improvement of Supply replenishment processes focused on overall cost and cycle time reduction.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory and cycle counts to assure the accuracy of on-hand inventories.
  • Maintain visual management tools and mistake-proof initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse, inventory, or Supply Chain.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Knowledge of inventory control systems desired.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Efficient planning and organizing skills.
  • Good math skills required.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
