The Manufacturing Engineer will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing a variety of industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems. The primary objective is to reduce downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance on manufacturing equipment, focusing on pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
  • Perform major overhauls and modifications to enhance equipment safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to maintain and improve equipment functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations on the manufacturing floor.
Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree or higher in an Engineering discipline.
  • 3-6 years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer in a production environment.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards working in a manufacturing setting.
  • Experience in Tooling/Fixture Design with a focus on Design for Manufacturing.
Work Environment:
  • This position requires being on your feet for the majority of the time within a manufacturing floor setting.
  • Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, primarily during the first shift.
  • Average weekly hours range from 50 to 55.
