Job Overview

Hydro-Thermal Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to lead our product development team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing new products, as well as improving existing ones.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of engineers and designers to develop new products and enhance existing ones.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Analyze customer needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain product specifications, functional performance, and production costs.
  • Oversee the release of final engineering documentation.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of engineering and design experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Experience with engineering CAD programs and process control mechanisms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a product development role designing industrial and sanitary products.
  • Experience with ASME codes and product line management.
  • Knowledge of DFMA, FMEA, and GD&T concepts.
