AltaStaff is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Specialist to join our team in New York. This role will involve reviewing UAS assessments for long-term care services and supports in multiple counties. The successful candidate will have excellent clinical knowledge and analytical skills, with the ability to work collaboratively to monitor and address clinical quality and gaps in care.

The salary for this position is $95.00 per hour, with flexible scheduling options available. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, this role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining current knowledge of regulatory changes pertaining to quality and validity of assessments, assessing cases presented and utilizing clinical competencies to review and validate assessment outcomes, and working collaboratively to monitor and address clinical quality and gaps in care through face-to-face assessments.

To be considered for this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited NP program, Master's degree preferred, NYS Certified Nurse Practitioner licensure, and at least 2+ years of practicing experience as a Nurse Practitioner. You should also have strong communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to navigate new and emerging technology, including telehealth assessments.
