Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning Expert to join our team at Baystate Financial in Falmouth, Maine. This is a full-time hybrid role that offers flexibility for remote work.

About the Role

The Senior Financial Advisor will provide financial planning advice, finance expertise, and investment recommendations to clients. They will work closely with clients and the Senior Advisor of this team to help them achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive financial planning advice to clients
  • Develop and implement retirement planning strategies
  • Make investment recommendations to clients
  • Analyze client financial data and make informed decisions
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in financial planning or financial advisory
  • Expertise in finance and investments
  • Experience in retirement planning strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
