Role Responsibilities
  • Grade Levels: 5th - 8th

The Instructional Coach will offer guidance and coaching to educators, ensuring that every student achieves their maximum academic potential. The primary focus of this role is to collaborate with teachers to implement effective practices based on data analysis, identify trends in instructional methods, and propose actionable steps to address areas needing improvement.

Your Contributions:
  • Conduct observations of instructional practices and provide constructive feedback to support teacher development.
  • Assist educators in designing comprehensive units and lessons for their annual curriculum.
  • Analyze student performance data to adapt curriculum and assessment methods to better meet student needs.
  • Work alongside school personnel to guide principals and teachers in developing effective instructional strategies and intervention programs.
  • Observe teaching practices and offer specific strategies to enhance instructional delivery.

  • Successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
  • Proficient in team management, coaching, and curriculum design.
  • Experience in urban educational settings is preferred.
