We are currently looking for a Nighttime Residential Supervisor to join our Supported Living program. In this role, you will oversee, guide, and assist Direct Support Professionals (DSP) within their designated Community Integrated Living Arrangement (CILA). Additionally, you will take on responsibilities typical of a DSP. Compensation: $20.40/hour (with an additional $0.50/hour increase upon completion of medication authorization training)
Employment Type: Full Time (40+ hours/week)

The work environment is dynamic, adapting to the needs of the individuals we support. It can be fast-paced, with potential interruptions and deadlines. Employees may occasionally work outdoors and experience moderate noise levels. Flexibility is required, as evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be necessary to meet the needs of those we serve.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a professional or volunteer capacity
  • Preferred experience in management or supervision
  • A genuine desire to positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in following specific protocols and instructions
  • High level of integrity to ensure individuals feel safe, comfortable, and respected during personal care activities
  • Trustworthiness and reliability are essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and supported individuals, demonstrating compassion and sensitivity during challenging situations
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Current proof of automobile insurance
Physical Requirements:

In this role, employees will frequently stand, walk, and sit, as well as engage in conversations with adults, some of whom may have communication challenges. Occasional bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and walking for extended periods may be required. Employees should be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds as needed. Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision.
