Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Team Member to join our team at our Senior Living Community. As a Housekeeping Team Member, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and staff. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team and make a real difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning and laundry assignments as per company policy to maintain a clean and homelike environment for residents and staff.
  • Ensure that all areas of the community are clean and well-maintained, including resident rooms, common areas, and public spaces.
  • Restock supplies and equipment as needed to ensure that all areas of the community are well-stocked and ready for use.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 16 years of age.
