We are seeking a highly skilled Pavement Marking Technician II to join our team at RoadSafe Traffic Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient installation of traffic control devices and pavement markings on highways and roadways.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install Traffic Control Devices: Safely install and maintain traffic control devices, including signs, cones, and barricades, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Perform Pavement Marking: Apply pavement markings, including lines, arrows, and symbols, to ensure clear and safe navigation for drivers.
  • Operate Equipment: Operate a variety of equipment, including paint trucks, milling machines, and hand tools, to perform pavement marking and traffic control tasks.
  • Communicate with Team: Collaborate with team members, including supervisors, inspectors, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and coordination of tasks.
  • Maintain Safety Standards: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and following proper procedures for equipment operation.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in traffic control or pavement marking industry.
  • Certifications: ATSSA TCT Certification, ATSSA Pavement Marking Tech Certification, First Aid and CPR Certification, and other relevant certifications.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in operating equipment and tools.
