About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team at Landry's. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets guests and ensures a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Manages reservations and seating arrangements
  • Provides menu guidance and makes recommendations to guests
  • Assists servers with taking orders and delivering food and beverages
  • Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Responds to guest complaints and resolves issues in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Knowledge of menu items and ingredients
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
