Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans for patients
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to establish realistic, measurable, and functional goals
  • Oversee and evaluate the care provided by Physical Therapist Assistants, Rehab Aides, and Physical Therapist and Physical Therapist Assistant students
  • Chart patient progress accurately and timely
  • Utilize therapy software effectively and maintain accurate records
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of comprehensive patient care plans
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in physical therapy
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
  • Current registration/licensure in the applicable state
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or a related setting preferred
  • CPR certification upon hire or during orientation
