About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused MAC Keyholder to join our team at Newark Liberty International Airport. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and welcoming service to all customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers with product selection and information, demonstrating effective communication skills.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, including cash counts and shift management.
  • Meet individual sales and service targets, contributing to the team's overall goals.
  • Serve as a resource for general product knowledge, assisting customers and staff members.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years old.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience as a key holder or MAC Artist is preferred.
