Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist to join our team at ServiceMaster By Happy2Assist. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and organization in our offices, common areas, and bathrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the facility, including offices, common spaces, and restrooms
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment, including vacuum cleaners and other machinery
  • Restock supplies and ensure that all areas are well-stocked and well-maintained
  • Monitor and manage waste disposal, including bagging and disposing of rubbish from bins and waste receptacles
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • US Work Authorization
  • Experience and knowledge of cleaning techniques and products
  • Ability to lift up to 10lbs
  • Available to work evenings and weekends
