About the Role

Penn State Health seeks a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania. This is a unique opportunity to work with our exceptional nursing staff and contribute to delivering high-quality patient care in the Neonatal Intensive Care unit.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in the NICU.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Develop and maintain a written plan of care, including patient education and discharge planning.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or multistate RN license through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact.
  • AHA BLS certification prior to end of orientation period.
