Career Development Stylist

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Career Development Stylist. In this temporary 90-day position, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our salon operations and develop the skills necessary to succeed in the industry.
As a Career Development Stylist, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced stylists with client consultations, hair cuts, and color services. You will also be expected to learn and master our proprietary cutting and coloring techniques, as well as develop strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.

Our estimated salary for this position is $25,000-$35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We are an independent franchisee of Regis Corporation, and our franchisees are responsible for employment matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, scheduling, wages, and benefits. As a direct employee of the franchisee, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a team of professionals who are passionate about the hair care industry.
