We are seeking a skilled General Neurologist to join our esteemed team at Woodland Clinic Medical Group (WCMG) in Woodland, CA.

  • Estimated salary: $364,467 per year
  • Full-time opportunity with a 7-day call requirement per month
  • Built-in referral system for patient growth
  • Preferred experience in EMG and EEG
  • Employment status with a 2-year shareholder track

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions, developing comprehensive treatment plans, and maintaining accurate patient records. They will also participate in interdisciplinary meetings, engage in quality assurance initiatives, and stay updated on medical advancements.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Diagnose and treat medical conditions; develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams; foster a collaborative approach.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with coding and billing regulations.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals and participate in interdisciplinary meetings.
  • Quality Improvement: Engage in quality assurance initiatives and analyze clinical outcomes for improvement.
  • Compliance: Adhere to ethical standards and stay informed about healthcare regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on medical advancements and participate in ongoing education and training.

Qualifications:

  • A valid and unrestricted California medical license
  • Board eligible or board certified in neurology (ABMS or AOA)
  • Completion of an accredited post-graduate training program
