We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist I to join our team at UNC Health Care. As a Physical Therapist I, you will be responsible for evaluating patient disabilities, planning, and administering physical therapy treatments. This is a per diem position, and you will work under general supervision with all treatments being prescribed by a physician.
Responsibilities- Evaluate patient disabilities and develop treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and students.
- Participate in clinical program development and management.
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
